CITY OF GONZALES REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE CITY OF GONZALES COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE

Request for Qualifications will be received by the City of Gonzales at City Hall, 120 S. Irma Boulevard, Gonzales, Louisiana 70737 until, July 3, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. local time for the following:

The City of Gonzales invites interested firms, qualified to provide services pertaining to updating and redeveloping the City of Gonzales’ Comprehensive Plan, to submit a Statement of Qualifications. The City intends to award a contract for these services. The contract will be issued for a two (2) year term with the option to extend up to two (2) additional one year terms.

Firms will be evaluated based upon professional qualifications, specialized experience,  and technical competence.  A single firm will be chosen by the City of Gonzales selection team.

The City of Gonzales selection team will be comprised of a minimum of three (3) city employees or administrators directly responsible for City functions, as well as other team members with various roles and responsibilities.

All inquiries, and for a copy of the full RFQ packet, correspondence should be directed to Ms. Terri Delatorre, via email ONLY at: [email protected] no later than 10:00 AM local time (CST) on June 24, 2025, with responses given via email by 10:00 AM local time (CST) on June 26, 2025.

The submittal documents must be delivered in a sealed envelope or box that is clearly identified on the outside as noted in the RFQ packet. The City requests that five (5) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy of the proposal be submitted. The City of Gonzales reserves the right to disqualify any response to a Request for Qualifications if it is determined that the submitting business entity is not in good standing with the Louisiana Secretary of State, registered with SAM.gov, or is not authorized to do business in the State of Louisiana. The City of Gonzales reserves the right to reject any and all bids/proposals for just cause.
