A.     Your firm is invited to submit an offer under seal to Owner for construction of a facility located at 109 Interstate Drive, Richland, MS 39218 before 2:00 pm local standard time on the 2nd day of June, 2020. The bid are to be received in a sealed envelope or electronically submitted. Instructions to bidders will apply to either bidding method.

B.     Project: West Rankin Utility Authority Administration Building

C.     Project Description:  The project will renovate an existing pre-engineered metal building. New exterior wall and roof panels will be installed over the existing building. The interior scope of the renovation will include new HVAC, lighting, and interior finishes.

D.     Bid documents may be obtained at planroom.jaxblue.com.  All interested bidders are required to have a valid email address for registration and ordering.  Printing costs shall be the responsibility of the bidder.

G.     Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount.

I.      Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided.  Bidders may supplement this form as appropriate.

J.      Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days after submission.
