Questions:
1. Reference the Bid Bond. Part 7.1 Do we use the document enclosed with the bid or the AIA document 310?
2. In Part 10 Time and Liquidated damages the time duration is 270 days but what are the liquidated damages?
3. What is a LLC Certification and where can we can one?
4. Part 9 references insurance in Part 7.72, but it is not in that section. Part 7.7.2 deals with bond and the time to send in insurance forms. Please
clarify.
5. On drawing sheet DC100(1) it denotes a security fence at 12 feet, but in the demo legend note number 12 states the fence be at 8 feet. Also on
sheet EC200(1) the security fence detail puts the fence at 12 feet. Please clarify.
6. What is the slab thickness and what type of foundation does it have?
7. Are there any pilings and if so what do we do with them?
8. Do we saw-cut on the NE side ( Perdido St.)
9. Should the saw-cut be 1" depth of full depth?

Please clarify what type of 12? high security fence you want along Perdido st.
DC100(1) calls for it to be 12? high. Do you want the fence to be built as per detail 7 page EC200(1)?
