Reasons for this RFP
To provide a cost and labor efficient system that offers a comprehensive cafeteria benefits plan to the employees of Oxford School District and enables them to purchase plans at a lower group rate. Our goal is to have one plan administrator for all the elective benefits we offer in order to eliminate redundant offerings and to reduce the administrative burden on the payroll department. The proposals submitted will be evaluated by a committee of employees who represent a cross-section of departments and demographics.
Our Current Benefits Plans
Burial, Cancer, Life, Accident, Vision, Dental, Disability, Flexible Spending Accounts medical and child care, Critical Illness, Supplemental Hospital Insurance, Legal Services, Identity Theft and Accidental Death and Dismemberment. Plans should provide for pre-tax deductions.
