The Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office is accepting sealed bids for the construction of a new multi-purpose building located within the security area of the Ascension Parish Jail grounds. The project construction consists of approximately 2,926 square feet. Construction of the multi-purpose building consists of concrete slab, pre-engineered metal building, wood framing, “R” panel metal roofing and metal siding,
A/C, plumbing, electrical, interior finishes, exterior finishes and etc.

All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Sealed Bid on Multi-Purpose Building Project”, including Louisiana Contractor’s license number and Construction Company name. All bids must be either delivered to the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office, Courthouse, 300 Houmas Street, Suite E, Donaldsonville, Louisiana or mailed to the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Department, P.O. Box 268, Donaldsonville, Louisiana, 70346 in time for the bid opening.

Sealed bids to be opened Tuesday, October 30th at 9:00 a.m. at the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office, Courthouse, 300 Houmas Street, Suite E, Donaldsonville, Louisiana 70346.
The Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any formalities, and to reject nonconforming, non-responsive, or conditional bids.
A non-refundable deposit fee of two hundred dollars and no cents ($200.00) is required to obtain contract documents.
