Sealed bids will be received by the Pointe Coupee Parish Police Jury at 160 East Main Street, Courthouse Annex Building, New Roads, Louisiana until 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 19, 2012 and then publicly opened and read for the purchase of the following for one (1) year:
Hot Mix Asphalt
Cold Mix Asphalt
Cold Mix Asphalt - MS-9 (1/80) Type B1 Expanded Clay Aggregate
All asphalt products must meet Louisiana State Department of Transportation and Development, Office of Highways latest standard specifications.
Bidder on hot mix and cold mix to quote price for FOB Plant. In addition, bidder on cold mix to quote price delivered at Maintenance Facility.
Bid to be submitted in sealed envelope marked "BID--ASPHALT.”
