ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS TO PURCHASE

The Terrebonne Parish Sheriff?s Office is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of (1) one 18? x 8? Fabricated Airboat until 10:00 a.m., June 12, 2014.
Interested persons may obtain detailed specifications for the Airboat by contacting the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff?s Office, Purchasing Department located at 137 Capital Boulevard from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (985)876-2500 or (985)857-0341, or online bids are being accepted on www.centralbidding.com
Bidders are required to submit two separate bids, one with a trade in on our existing airboat and one without a trade in . Interested parties that wish to view the airboat that is being traded in contact the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff?s Office ? Motorpool Division at (985)876-2500 or (985)857-0341.
Bids submitted must be sealed and submitted to the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff?s Office ? Motorpool Division, at 137 Capital Blvd., Houma, Louisiana 70360 no later than 10:00 a.m. June 12, 2014 to Captain David LeBoeuf, Purchasing Agent. Bids received after that time will be returned unopened.
The Sheriff reserves the right to reject any and all bids or bids deemed not in the best public interest.
We reserve the right to reject any or all bids to waive any informality.
