Proposals should be in a sealed envelope/box, clearly marked with the following:

Sealed proposals will be received from qualified proposers until April24, 2018 at 10:00am.   Late proposals arriving after the stated due date and time will not be considered and will be returned unopened.
 
 
A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held at Tioga High on April 10,  2018 at 1O:OOam.  Proposals will not be accepted from vendors having not attended this meeting.
