NOTICE TO BIDDERS – Re-Bid

The following bids are being re-bid by the Vernon Parish Police Jury. All bids previously submitted for the following items, that were due on March 18, 2011, have been rejected due to a technicality, pursuant to R.S. 38:2212 & 2214. Please re-submit all bids for the following items.

Notice is hereby given that the Vernon Parish Police Jury, PO Box 154, Leesville, LA 71496, will receive sealed bids until April 7, 2011 at 10:00am. Bids will be opened publically and read aloud; bids received after the specified closing time will not be accepted. All interested parties are welcome to attend the bid opening.

Additional Notes/Requirements

Specifications may be obtained from the Vernon Parish Police Jury, 300 S. 3rd St., Leesville, Louisiana 71446, between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm, Monday – Friday or by calling 337-238-0324. Bid envelopes MUST be sealed and marked on outside with company name, item being bid, and date and time of bid opening. Failure to seal and mark bid envelopes correctly will result in your bid being rejected. The Vernon Parish Police Jury reserves the right to reject any or all bids for just cause in accordance with R.S. 38:2212 & 2214.
