The St. James Parish Council will be accepting sealed bids for approximately 3,800 feet of various size pipes for drainage improvements throughout St. James Parish. The pipes must be PVC corrugated with coupling design joints. Bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 19, 2013, in the Office of the Operations Director, Parish Courthouse, 2nd Floor, Convent, La.

Pipe specifications can be obtained at the Office of the Operations Director, St. James Parish Courthouse Building, 5800 Highway 44, P. O. Box 106, Convent, La. 70723.

Interested parties to the above mentioned material must submit a sealed and completed bid clearly marked - "PVC Pipe for 2013 Drainage Improvements Bid" no later than 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 19, 2013, at which time bids will be opened and read aloud.

Price, delivery, and durability will be considered in the awarding of bids.

The Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any formalities.
