8.5” X 14” White Copy Paper
Bidder must be able to deliver to all Catahoula Parish school locations. Bid must include freight costs and any minimum order requirements.

Bids will be received until 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, January 4, 2011. Bids will be opened and read aloud at the regular public meeting on Tuesday, January 4, 2011, at 6:00 P.M.

Greetings: The attachments are lacking infomration that would be useful. Please advise if more attachments are pending? 1)Please inform what the quantity of both sizes are ? 2)Please describe if pasper is delivered all at once in a combined shiment and expected date of delivery? 3) Lastly, please provide buyer info so I can ask more detailed questions since there is a extreme lack of documentation and this forum is lacking?

Quantities will be ranging from one case at a time to approx. 30 cases twice a year. Each school location orders their own as needed. Most schools only order 1 to 3 cases at a time. The buyer info is listed on the school location site attachment. These are all of the locations that would have to be delivered to as indicated in the bid document. The orders would be throughout the bid period and at various times by location. There is no central ordering or shipping. Therefore, it is multiple small quantities and multiple shipments throughout the bid period. If you have further questions, email me at clofton@cpsbla.org.
