Revize Schools will be responding to your RFP. We have a few questions; 1) How many non-technical content editors do you want to allow to edit the new websites? 2) How many pages and documents are on the websites today? 3) Would you like for Revize to migrate all the content into the new ones? 4) We would like to integrate as a many Internet and Social media communication applications as possible. Our current website allows for all teachers to edit teacher pages, coaches edit sports pages, each school has a designee to edit all aspects of content on their school page. 2) How many pages and documents are on the websites today? Approximately 1900 3) Would you like for Revize to migrate all the content into the new ones? Yes, content will need to be migrated. 4) We would like to integrate as a many Internet and Social media communication applications as possible. Can you give us any idea on the budget range for this project so we can get the proper discounts to fit your budget? While there is no set budget for this project, we ask that you apply any and all discounts available since part of the selection criteria is cost (24%). Explain any potential additional costs in the narrative along with an explanation of what is covered within the individual module costs for standard and custom design.

What is the expected budget for this project? There is no set budget for this project at this time. + Who is the incumbent agency if there is one? Blackboard (now owned by Finalsite) + If there is an agency who you have worked with for last year, how satisfied were you with their results? The current website was designed in 2015. + Is there a preference for in-state bidders and would you consider out-of-state applicants? Ownership of firm by local, small, minority, women, or veterans, or disadvantaged business enterprise is weighted by 5% in the evaluation criteria. Yes, out-of-state applicants will be considered. + Is there any requirement for the vendor to be on site? No. + Will the award be based on the lowest cost bidder? Proposals will be evaluated and scored based upon the content of the proposals. Cost is 24% of the scoring. Please see RFP for further breakdown of scoring.

Hi! We are wondering how many total websites will need to be created. We see that you have 15 schools, 6 centers, and 7 sites. Will each of these need its own website? In regard to your current site powered by Blackboard, do you have any issues with the current platform (now owned by Finalsite)? If not, is the decision to send out this RFP primarily to bring a new design and modern look to the site, while keeping or improving existing functionality offered by Blackboard/Finalsite? anntoine.com

Hi! We are wondering how many total websites will need to be created. We see that you have 15 schools, 6 centers, and 7 sites. Will each of these need its own website? We would like one district website that houses approximately 20 websites for individual schools/centers (similar to the setup we currently have). In regard to your current site powered by Blackboard, do you have any issues with the current platform (now owned by Finalsite)? If not, is the decision to send out this RFP primarily to bring a new design and modern look to the site, while keeping or improving existing functionality offered by Blackboard/Finalsite? Our current website design is not fully responsive to all displays/resolutions.

Will the school district provide established branding guidelines to follow or do these need to be established during the project? The district's logo was revamped this year, and a new branding guide has not been developed. The official logo colors are Pantone Black, Pantone Cool Gray 7C, Pantone 200 C, Pantone 116 C, and Pantone 285 C. 2. Are you interested in new logo designs for the district and all of the schools? No, the district's logo was revamped this year. 3. What are your primary goals for the new website? The primary goal is to establish a more modern design which is fully-responsive to all resolutions/screen sizes. 4. What pain points do you have with the existing website? The current design does not maintain visible structure/design when viewed on varying platforms. 5. What are your primary goals for a mobile application? In what ways would this differ from the website? How would you want the website and the application to work together in the future? The mobile application should present ease of use for the user in addition to customizable push notifications. 6. Do you need any content writing services? If so, to what degree? All current text has been provided by SCPPS. If content writing services are available, please provide information about this service in addition to associated costs in the proposal. 7. What are the timeline expectations for this project? Are they tied to a specific event? These services are not tied to a specific event. We anticipate to roll out the new site in the fall of 2023 (possibly October).

We have a bank of photographs/videography and a coordinator of multi media services on staff. -Would you require hosting, dns or ssl services? We require hosting and ssl services. -Is there a CMS that you have a preference for over the other? No. -What CMS platform do you use currently? We currently use Blackboard which was bought by Finalsite. -How much content do you currently have on your website? The current website has approximately 1,900 pages.
