The Board of Trustees of Meridian Community College District will receive proposals in the Business Office, located in Hardin Hall, 910 Highway 19 N, Meridian, MS until 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at which time proposals will be opened publicly in the Board Room located in Hardin Hall. Electronic bids will be received until 10:00 a.m., CST Tuesday, July 7, 2020 through Central Bidding at: www.centralauctionhouse. com.
Accepted proposals will be for:

Bid #03-2020 - Classroom Renovation – Flooring – Reed Hall
Specifications can be picked up in the Hardin Hall Business Office (601-484-8695). Electronic download may be purchased online from Central Bidding at www.centralauctionhouse.com. Electronic bids can only be submitted at www. centralauctionhouse.com.
Bids must be received on or before the time and date stated for opening of bids. No bid may be withdrawn after opening of bids for a period of 30 days.
Bids submitted in excess of $50,000.00 by a prime contractor or subcontractor must comply with Sections 31-3-13 (f), Mississippi code of 1972 as amended by Chapter 505, General Laws of Mississippi of 1985, by securing a Certificate of Responsibility from State Board of Public Contractors.
The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and waive informalities.
