INSTRUCTIONS TO PROPOSERS
 
The St. Charles Parish School Board has a continued interest in exploring ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of operational services to schools and sites.  One approach to accomplish this goal is through implementing a contracted disinfecting program at various district sites.  In order to explore this concept, the school district is seeking proposals from firms to perform a disinfecting program at the following facilities.

Destrehan High
East Bank Head Start Center
Hahnville High (including Westbank Pupil Appraisal)
Harry Hurst Middle
Lakewood Elementary
Landry Alternative Center

Mimosa Park Elementary
New Sarpy Elementary
Norco Elementary
Satellite Center
Ethel Schoeffner Elementary

A few questions concerning the request for quote: Monthly ATP Testing --- Who determines the number of testing areas at each facility? How many areas are there to be tested at each location? Who/what sets the benchmark and/or threshold for the findings of each test? If exceeded, are out of scope treatments required?

Rome, St. Charles Parish Public Schools Response to Proposer/Vendor Questions: 6/12/20 3:12pm biopure on 11-Jun-2020 10:25:16 AM A few questions concerning the request for quote: Monthly ATP Testing --- 1.Who determines the number of testing areas at each facility? Answer #1: Site testing shall be conducted on multiple, randomly selected high touchpoints and high possible cross contamination areas throughout the facility. The proposer/vendor shall outline this service, including frequency and areas, within their methodoloy submission. 2. How many areas are there to be tested at each location? Answer #2: See above response for question #1. 3. Who/what sets the benchmark and/or threshold for the findings of each test? Answer #3: The proposer/vendor shall set the benchmark based on professional standards. The benchmarks shall be outlined in the proposer's methodoloy submission. 4. If exceeded, are out of scope treatments required? Answer #4: The proposer/vendor shall be responsible for follow-up treatments, and costs of such treatments, at all locations/sites that exceed established benchmarks. NOTE: Vendors must acknowledge all addendums/addenda on the proposal submission form. End of Addendum #1
