The Pass Christian Public School District Board of Trustees invites your company to submit a proposal for supplying yearbooks for Pass Christian Middle School.

Proposals must be returned no later than 2:00 PM on Wednesday, April 1, 2020, to the Office of Superintendent located at 6457 Kiln-DeLisle Road, Pass Christian, Mississippi, 39571. The proposal should be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Yearbooks RFP No: 3122” on the outside of the envelope. Late proposals will not be considered. All proposals will be taken under advisement and evaluated to be awarded at subsequent board meeting.
Offerer agrees to supply services and items contained in this proposal for a period beginning July 1, 2020, through June 30, 2021, with an option to renew for two (2) additional years upon mutual agreement of both parties.
Evaluation of proposals shall be based on what is the “most advantageous proposal” for the Pass Christian Public School District. Cost will be only one factor used in determining the “most advantageous proposal.” The district will award this contract to the company who submits the “most advantageous proposal.” The following criteria will be used to evaluate all proposals:
