Listing Information/Advertisement:
St. James Parish Government will be accepting sealed bids for ball feild lights for the Paulina Park until 10:00 AM Monday, May 23, 2016 in the Council Chambers on the 2nd floor of the Parish Courthouse, 5800 Hwy. 44, Convent, LA 70723 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Complete Bid Documents for this project are available in electronic form via Central Auction House website, www.centralauctuionhouse.com and may be obtained without charge.
All bids shall be accompanied by bid security in an amount of five percent (5.0%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates. The form of this security shall be as stated in the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bid Documents for this project. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance and Payment Bond written as described in the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bid Documents for this project.
A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, May 9, 2016 in the Paulina Park located at 3360 Sugar House Street, Paulina, LA 70763
Bids shall be accepted from Contractors who are licensed under Louisiana Law. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after receipt of bids, except under the provisions of LA. R.S. 38:2214. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. St. James Parish reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any formalities.
