SCOPE OF WORK
Base Bid shall include the following:
(1) Purchase and install emergency generator system at Building G (Laundry) including but not limited to the following:
(a) 100KW diesel generator, enclosure and accessories.
(b) 600 Amp auto transfer switch.
(c) Sub-base fuel tank system.
(d) Battery charger.
(e) Jacket Heater.
(2) Purchase and install emergency generator system at Building E (Kitchen/Dining), including but not limited to the following.
(a) 250KW diesel generator, enclosure and accessories.
(b) 800 Amp auto transfer switch.
(c) Sub-base fuel tank system.
(d) Battery charger.
(e) Jacket Heater.
Alternate No. 1 shall include the following:
(1) Purchase and install emergency generator system at Residence A1 including but not limited to the following:
(a) 29KW natrual gas generator, enclosure and accessories.
(b) 150 Amp auto transfer switch.
(c) Battery charger.
(d) Jacket Heater.

(1) Purchase and install emergency generator system at Building G (Laundry) including but not limited to the following:

A PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD at 10:00 AM on Thursday, May 9, 2013 at Rayburn Correctional Center, A-Building Conference Room, 27268 Highway 21, Angie, LA 70428.
