Webster County School District (WCSD) is requesting quotes from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive English Language Arts (ELA) curriculum for Grades 6–12. The curriculum must include culturally diverse literature, offer flexible and differentiated instruction, and include robust support for English Learners.  Services must be provided for 500 students and 12 teachers across 2 high schools.
