NOTICE TO BIDDERS
 
The City of Pascagoula will receive bids for a Sewer and Drainage Video Camera.
 
Notice is hereby given that the CITY OF PASCAGOULA, Mississippi will receive sealed bids for the Sewer and Drainage Video Camera no later than 2:00 p.m., local time, on Tuesday, the 14th of December, 2021 at the City Clerk’s Office, City Hall, 603 Watts Avenue, Pascagoula, Mississippi 39567. 
Electronic bids can be submitted at www.centralbidding.com.  For any questions relating to the electronic bidding, please call Central Bidding at 225-810-4814.
Documents may be obtained via e-mail upon request at [email protected] and on file in the Purchasing Department, City Hall, 603 Watts Avenue, Pascagoula, Mississippi  39567, during normal business hours at no charge.  All bids must comply with the specifications provided.  City of Pascagoula reserves the right to amend and the specifications, as necessary and agrees to notify all having requested bid packets from the City of Pascagoula Purchasing Department.
All written bids submitted must be sealed and clearly labeled on the outside of the bid envelope as instructed in the bid package and delivered to the City Clerk’s Office at the above address or electronic bids can be submitted at www.centralbidding.com.
The City of Pascagoula reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informalities.
