Requirement:  Bidders must comply with the following requirements to be considered for the evaluation and award process:

1. Bidders must quote 100% of all items within each category; and
2. Bidders must list brand names on the items bid.Information:  For additional information, bidders shall direct inquiries to the Washington County Purchasing Office. 

Time Schedule: 

1. BID posted on County website June 24, 2021
2. BID requests for interpretations to be submitted by 2:00PM on Tuesday, July 13, 2021
3. BID due at 9:00 AM, Wednesday, July 21, 2021
4. BID opened at 2:25 PM, Wednesday, July 21, 2021

For Courthouse Bid Packet Drop-Off:

1. Clearly Write "BID 2021-11 Two Belly Dump Trailers" on the outside of the sealed package
2. Come to the Courthouse entry door and wait for Security
3. Tell them that you have a bid to drop-off for Purchasing
4. Leave the Bid with Purchasing on 5th Floor
