REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)

ARCHITECTURAL & ENGINEERING SERVICES

TOWN OF HORSESHOE BEACH, FLORIDA

The Town of Horseshoe Beach is soliciting Statements of Proposals from qualified architectural and engineering firms to provide professional services related to the design and construction of a new Town Hall facility. The selected firm will be responsible for providing comprehensive services, including architectural design, civil and structural engineering, MEP design, permitting assistance, and construction phase support.

This project may be funded in part by federal or state disaster recovery programs. All services shall comply with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, May 8, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. (EST) at:

Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is required for all firms intending to submit proposals. Proposals submitted by firms not in attendance will not be considered. Official Bid Documents are available on the Central Bidding website (www.centralbidding.com). Submission of bids Will only be accepted electronically via Central Bidding. Electronic submissions shall be no later than June 9, 2025, at noon{EST}. Submissions received after the deadline will not be considered.

The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, waive any informality or irregularity in the process, and award the contract in the best interest of the Town.
