Is a Rip Rap low water crossing allowed during the seasonal allowances on that job?
SDWJW on 19-Nov-2020 08:41:13 AM
TO: ssmith5360 FROM: Nicholas Connolly, SDW Engineers The approval from the US Fish and Wildlife Service includes a statement that any temporary work bridge be constructed on pilings so flow is not impacted. We interpret that to mean that a riprap low water crossing is not allowed.
