Sealed bids will be received by the Pointe Coupee Parish Government at 160 East Main Street, Courthouse Annex Building, New Roads, Louisiana until 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 17, 2019 and then publicly opened and read for the construction of 2019 Road Resurfacing Project.
 
Bid to be submitted in sealed envelope marked "BID—2019 ROAD RESURFACING PROJECT"

A MANDATORY PREBID CONFERENCE will be held 2:00 p.m. on August 27, 2019 at the Pointe Coupee Parish Government, 160 East Main Street, New Roads, LA 70760. Questions for clarification regarding the project may be submitted to [email protected] until August 30, 2019. All questions will be compiled and addressed or clarified via email on September 3, 2019 to all that have picked up the plans from Pointe Coupee Parish Government.
 
The Parish reserves the right to consider and/or reject any and all bids.
