Complete Bidding Documents may be obtained from Chennault International Airport Authority, 3650 Sen J Bennett Johnston Ave, Lake Charles, LA 70615, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (337-491-9961).
 
Official Bidding Documents can be downloaded from Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com.  Electronic bids can be submitted at www.centralbidding.com.

Each bidder must provide proof of capacity to provide a payment and performance bond in accordance with the specifications. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid must be furnished with the bid.
 
A MANDATORY Pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. at the office of the Authority located at 3650 Senator J. Bennett Johnston Avenue, Lake Charles, Louisiana.
 
The Chennault International Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any or all of the bids for just cause.

* For example, 001_PREVIEW.png will show a preview of what area the photographs within the 001_SUPR
folder will contain. The boxes represent individual photographs.

* Within each (_SUPR) subfolder, there is a .HTML file. Opening this file with a web browser allows
selection of individual photographs.

* For the above to work, the entire folder contents must be downloaded and their respective folder
structure and file names must be maintained.
