Reverse Auction Information
 The Prentiss County School District will accept sealed statements of qualifications (SOQ) and proposals from qualified firms/vendors to provide services necessary for installation and configuration of network equipment for the FY2019-20 (E-RATE) cycle.  Bidders must have a Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) and this SPIN must be included on the bid proposal.  Those interested shall submit a signed, sealed SOQ and un-priced sealed proposal to the district on or before?9:00 AM local time, March 6 , 2019?at the Prentiss County School District Central Office located at 105 North College Street Booneville , MS 38829.Submissions will be evaluated and qualified vendors will then be invited to submit priced bids via reverse auction. The Electronic Reverse Auction will be held March 13, 2019 from 10:00 A.M. CST until 10:30 A.M. CST.

The right to reject any/and all bids, waive informalities, extend the prequalification timeline, and to accept the lowest/best bid proposal is reserved by the School Board of Prentiss County Schools.
