Does this change mean you no longer want the PVC sandal and now are asking for the uni foot EVA? If so, would an EVA sandal that is not uni foot be acceptable?

We see you have changed the style of shoe for this bid. There is only one company which manufactures and distributes this shoe. How can this be an open bid for a single source item?
