Bid date has changed from 28th day of May to 4th day of June 2019 at 2:00p.m.

STATEMENT OF WORK (PEC Project No. 11432):  Construction of asphalt overlay, asphalt patching, shoulder work, some soil cement/lime treated base, asphalt cold planning and associated appurtenances of existing Parish roads.
 
Sealed Bids shall be addressed to the St. James Parish Government, and delivered to the Department of Operations, 2nd Floor of Parish Courthouse, 5800 LA Hwy. 44, Convent, Louisiana  70723 not later than 2:00 p.m., on the  28th day of May, 2019. Any bid received after the specified time and date will not be considered.  The sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 p.m. on the 28th day of May, 2019, at the Operations Department Meeting Room located at 2nd Floor, Parish Courthouse, 5800 LA Hwy. 44, Convent, Louisiana 70723.
 
A MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD:

Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is mandatory in order to bid on the project.  All prospective bidders shall be present at the beginning of the pre-bid conference and shall remain in attendance for the duration of the conference.
