St. James Parish Council will be accepting sealed bids for (1) New Low-Boy Equipment Trailer with folding detachable gooseneck until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, March 14, 2013 in the Office of the President, Parish Courthouse, Convent, Louisiana.
Specifications are on file at the Office of the President, Parish Courthouse, Convent, Louisiana.
Interested parties of the above mentioned equipment must submit a sealed and complete bid clearly marked – ST. JAMES PARISH LOW-BOY TRAILER BID – to the Office of the President, Convent Courthouse, no later than 2:00 p.m., Thursday, March 14, 2013 at which time bids will be opened and read aloud.
Immediate delivery and availability of parts will be considered in the awarding of the bid.
The Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any formalities.
