Base Bid includes, but is not limited to, grading, concrete curb and gutter roadway, water line upgrades, sewer extension, gas line extension, 100,000 gallon water storage tank with controls systems and related equipment, drainage structures, and related improvements.  Please see the attached plans and specifications for details of the required work to be completed in this project. 

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 10:00 Am on August 17th August 24th August 31st at the City Hall Council Chambers, 10136 Florida Boulevard, Walker, Louisiana.
