Replace various water source packaged heat pumps with new units.  Piping work will be required, incidental ductwork, Siemens controls for disconnect/reconnect, TAB for replaced units, and electrical incidental to the project.  There will also be some air to air split systems to be replaced.  These are all R-22 units that will require refrigerant recovery and replacement with units using acceptable refrigerants.  This contractor shall provide a turn key project that will include a quotation for all work, subcontractors, taxes, permits, and bonds.  The work occurs in 3 different buildings that will be occupied during the course of the contract requiring coordination with the Owner.  Work may be scheduled during school breaks, weekends, or holidays to avoid distractions to students and loss of space comfort.  The project area is Jackson County Campus - Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College.
