NOTICE is hereby given that the City of Gluckstadt, Mississippi is accepting sealed bids for Municipal Software, as outlined in formal bid documents. Sealed bids will be accepted until 12:00 pm on Tuesday, December 14, 2021, at the following:

Official bid documents and procedures may be requested from the City Clerk, Lindsay Kellum, at [email protected] or downloaded from Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com. All bid documents should be provided in one sealed envelope, contain the bidder’s contact information (full name, company, mailing address, telephone number and email) on the outside of the envelope, as well as the name of the bid item, “COG001, MUNICIPAL SOFTWARE, TO BE OPENED TUESDAY, DECEMBER 14, 2021.” Electronic bids can be submitted at www.centralbidding.com. For any questions relating to the electronic bidding or the reverse auction process, please call Central Bidding at 225-810-4814. Only bid sheets provided by the City of Gluckstadt or downloaded from www.centralbidding.com will be accepted. No bids may be withdrawn after the time and date set for opening the bids, and all proposals shall be firm prices and remain in effect for a period of thirty (30) days after said date for opening of bids.
 
Bidding will be held by electronic reverse auction on Friday, December 17, 2021 beginning at 2:00 pm and ending at 3:00 pm CST. The lowest and best proposal received will be accepted, subject to the provisions of Section 31-7-13, Miss. Code Ann., and other applicable state law; the City of Gluckstadt further waives any informality in any/all bids as may appear to be in the best interest of the City or to reject any / all bids.
