Is the intent to have the hydraulic power units for both the span drive and end wedge systems removed and sent off to be refurbished at a hydraulic shop for Mechanical Repair B? It is not advisable to refurbish in place.

Section M004 of the Mechanical Specifications details requirements for a drain valve, snubber, float switch, sight glass, pressure gage, air bleed valve, auxiliary gage, ball valves, and piping. These components are not mentioned in Section M001 - Mechanical Repair B. Does the contract require that all of these components be provided for each hydraulic power unit?
