Sealed bids will be received by the Iberville Parish School Board, Attention Evan Cagnolatti,
Facilities Manager, at 58060 Plaquemine St., P.O. Box 151, Plaquemine, LA. 70764, not later than 2:00
PM (local time), March 4, 2024, for the following: New Press Boxes at White Castle High School and
East Iberville High School (IPSB Project Number 2388MO2)
NOTE ** Outer envelope if mailed shall be marked SEALED BID.

The bids will be opened at the School Board Office immediately following the close of bid time
on the above noted date.
A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will begin at East Iberville High School 3285 LA-75, St
Gabriel, LA 70776 on Thursday – February 22, 2024, at 9:00 A.M. Contractors shall meet and Sign-In
at the front office of East Iberville High School.
