INVITATION TO BID 
Sealed bids will be received by the City of Brandon, Mississippi, until 11:50 a.m., local time, on October 10, 2023, in the office of the City Clerk, 1000 Municipal Drive, Brandon, Mississippi, 39042. 
 
Bids will be received for the following:         
 
CCTV AND JET/VAC COMBO TRUCK SERVICES
 
Contractor to provide services as listed within the Bid Specifications for CCTV, Jet/Vac Truck or Jetter/Easement machine services for existing City of Brandon infrastructure.  Repairs will be on an as needed basis.  Repair costs will be case-by-case based on the bid agreement.

Pricing will remain in effect from bid award through September 30, 2024.  The City will have the option to renew the bid agreement for three additional years after the initial year of service.  Annual increases in the contract amount are limited to the lesser of the CPI or 5%.
 
The Bid must be received in a sealed envelope, which is marked in the lower left-hand corner with “Bid Number 2023-27” and the Name of Item or matter on which bid is being made and the DATE OF OPENING. The City of Brandon reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City, and to waive informalities.
