REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP 22-16)
REPLACEMENT OF TELEPHONE/INTERCOM/BELL SYSTEM AT
PINEVILLE HIGH SCHOOL
Proposals should be in a sealed envelope/box, clearly marked with the following:
“RFP # 22-16: Replacement of Telephone/Intercom/Bell System at Pineville High and
Rapides Parish School Board Office Purchasing Department

Alexandria, Louisiana 71301
Sealed proposals will be received from qualified proposers until October 4, 2021 at 11:00am. Late proposals arriving after the stated due date and time will not be considered and will be returned unopened.
A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held at Pineville High School on September 23, 2021 at 10:00am. Proposals will not be accepted from vendors having not attended this meeting.
