BOGALUSA CITY SCHOOLS BOGALUSA HIGH SCHOOL TRACK REPLACEMENT
BIDS - The Bogalusa School Board (BSB) will receive sealed Bids on the referenced Project at 1705 Sullivan Drive, Bogalusa, Louisiana 70427 until 2:00 P.M. local time, on February 8, 2022 at which time all bids duly received will be opened publicly and read aloud. 2. WORK DESCRIPTION – Bogalusa High School Track Replacement as indicated in Section 01010 of this specification. 3. BIDDING DOCUMENTS - Complete Bidding Documents may be obtained from: Bidding Documents may be obtained from the office of the Architect, fl+WB Architects, APC, on deposit of the sum of Eighty Dollars ($80.00), excluding shipping. This deposit for the first set of Bidding Documents will be refunded in full to Prime Bidders upon return of the Bidding Documents, including all Addenda, in good condition within ten days after receipt of bids. Deposits for subsequent sets of Bidding Documents and sets requested by Non-Prime Bidders shall be refunded, except that the cost of reproduction shall be deducted upon the return of such Bidding Documents, including all Addenda, in good condition within ten days after receipt of Bids. Bidding Documents will be shipped only if the requesting party makes all arrangements and assumes responsibility for all shipping charges.

1. Reference Specification Section 00020– ADVERTISEMENT,
a. DELETE Specification Section 00020 – ADVERTISEMENT and REPLACE with the
attached Specification Section 0020 – ADVERTISEMENT – ADDENDUM NO. 1.
b. The Bid date has been changed from February 5, 2022 to February 8, 2022.
c. The Pre-Bid Conference dates has been changed from January 20, 2022 to January
27, 2022
