Listing Information/Advertisement

Consists of a Base Bid and Three Alternates:
Base Bid:  The Work of the Base Bid, includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following:
   a. Renovations to the existing School Building D, which generally includes new fire sprinkler system, HVAC, plumbing & electrical renovations, roof revisions and interior renovations.
   b. Construction of a new Elementary Classroom Wing addition and Multipurpose Gymnasium addition.
   c. Construction of a new Junior High Classroom Wing addition.
   d. Construction of a new High School Classroom expansion.
   e. Construction of a new High School Gymnasium.
   f. Associated sitework, grading, paving, drainage, fencing and utility work.

Alternate No. 1:  The Work of Alternate No. 1 includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following:
   a. New Asphalt Overlay of the Existing Front Parking Lot.

Alternate No. 2:  The Work of Alternate No. 2 includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following:
   a. Replace the Football Press-box.

Alternate No. 3:  The Work of Alternate No. 3 includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following:
   a. New Asphalt Overlay of the Existing West Athletic Parking Lot.
