The Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office is accepting bids to purchase Armorskin vest or the equivalent of, short sleeve base shirts, long sleeve base shirts, and suspension system.

Specifications may be obtained by contacting the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office, Purchasing Department  at 137 Capital Blvd or calling (985)857-0341 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday

Bids submitted must be “SEALED” and clearly labeled “ARMORSKIN UNIFORM BID” and submitted to the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office – Purchasing Department at 137 Capital Blvd., Houma, Louisiana ATTN: Lieutenant Robby Dupre,  no later than 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 28, 2017., or bids may be submitted online on www.centralbidding.com

Bids received after that date and time will be returned unopened.

The Sheriff reserves the right to reject any and all bids or bids deemed not in the best public interest.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY OR ALL BIDS TO WAIVE ANY INFORMALITY.

To Whom It May Concern: The Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office is accepting bids for Armorskin vest, Short sleeve base shirts, Long sleeve base shirts and Armorskin suspension system for a Period of one year, July 1, 2017 through June 30,2018. Online bids are also being accepted at www.centralbidding.com The packet given to you will consist of all specifications for the uniforms. The description of the uniforms are from Blauer. Any other brands will have to be equivalent to the brands mentioned in the specifications. All Armorskin base shirts will have patches sewn on the sleeves. The Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office will provide all patches. Bidders must provide either onsite fittings on scheduled dates or be within a reasonable driving distance to their facility for walk-in fittings. Successful bidder will be required to supply uniforms within ten (10) days of bid award. Payment will be made within thirty (30) days of delivery. All orders will be delivered in a timely manner. Any continuous delays may cause your bid to be rejected.
