To the EBRSO, Good morning, my name is Steven Stock with Gulf Shore Construction Service and Testing. In going over the bid specifications for the project I notice that EBRSO on
item no. 7 inspection and testing that EBRSO will be inspected by EBRSO authorized representative after completion. Does this mean that EBRSO will pay/supply the testing laboratory
for the construction material testing. If the project need a testing laboratory to whom Gulf Shore Construction Services and Testing submit a proposal to.
