The purpose of this RFP is to solicit competitive proposals from qualified responsible Proposers to procure, deliver, and install one (1) sUAS, complete with camera, battery, and other associated equipment as detailed in this RFP.  This RFP includes the system support, maintenance, and warranty for three (3) years, as well as parts for maintenance, repairs, and battery backup. 

Prerequisite: Executed Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement

For requests for Information (RFI) regarding any questions or requests for clarifications regarding this Request for Proposals, Proposers must submit a written request for information on or before January 19, 2024, 4:00 p.m. CST to [email protected].? The Port will provide a response to the Request for Information on or before January 26 2024, by 4:00 p.m. CST, in the form of an addendum.?
