INTERCOMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM



In accordance with the LA Public Bid Law, sealed bids for the purchase and installation of Intercommunications System for Bellingrath Hills Elementary located at 6612 Audusson and Tanglewood Elementary located at 9352 Rustling Oaks Avenue in Central, LA will be received no later than 2:00 PM Friday, October 15, 2010 at:

Successful Bidder shall begin work immediately upon Notice of Award. Installation must be substantially complete no later than sixty (60) calendar days from the Notice of Award. Work shall not interfere with school operations.

Complete Bidding Documents may be viewed at the above address or via Central Auction House. Copies are available upon deposit of $4.75 per set. Deposits will be refunded as provided by LA Public Bid Law, if documents are returned in good condition no later than ten (10) days after bid deadline.

The School Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause.
