NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that the Vernon Parish Police Jury, PO Box 1548, Leesville, Louisiana, 71496, will receive sealed bids until Monday, February 13, 2012 at 10:00am. Bids will be publically opened and read aloud; bids received after specified closing time will not be accepted. All interested parties are welcome at bid opening.
IMPORTANT: BID ENVELOPE MUST BE MARKED WITH BUSINESS NAME, ITEM BEING BID, DATE, AND TIME OF BID OPENING, AND CONTRACTOR’S LICENSE NUMBER (if applicable).
To be bid:
1. OPF42: Calcium Sulfate Hemi Hydrate material, delivered to Parish Wide Maintenance Yard, 602 Alexandria Highway, Leesville, Louisiana 71446 or FOB your plant.
