Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by the City of Baton Rouge and the Parish of East Baton Rouge Purchasing Division until 01/05/2023 at 2:00 P.M CST
. local time in Room 826, of City Hall, 222 Saint Louis Street, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, 70802 for:
2022-13-4277-80 All Hazards Mitigation Outreach Initiative
A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held December 2, 2022 at 11:00 am CST at 3773 Harding Boulevard in Baton Rouge, LA 70807. Mandatory job site visits are required; only those bidders who participate in the mandatory pre-proposal meeting are eligible to receive an award on this project.
Proposals received after the above specified time will not be considered. Proposals will be opened immediately after proposal opening time in Room 806, of City Hall. All interested parties are invited to be present.
