NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
 
Central Community School System (“CCSS”) is requesting proposals for GENERAL MAINTENANCE and CUSTODIAL SERVICES.  Proposals will be received until 10:00 a.m. CST Monday, March 18, 2024.
 
Proposal packages may be obtained from the School Board website at www.centralcss.org or electronically via the Central Auction House website available at www.centralbidding.com.
 
Proposals must be submitted online at www.centralbidding.com or in a sealed envelope, clearly marked “GENERAL MAINTENANCE and CUSTODIAL SERVICES” and mailed or delivered to:

A MANDATORY Pre-Proposal Conference will be held Thursday, March 7, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. at the School Board Office located at 11576 Sullivan Rd, Baton Rouge, LA 70818. Mandatory site visits will follow the conference.
 
Only the names of the Proposers submitting a proposal will be read aloud.  Prices will not be read aloud.  The Central Community School System reserves the right to reject all proposals.
