Ducks Unlimited, Inc., the Nation's leader in wetland conservation, is seeking bids for a project at the Camden WMA located in Benton County, Tennessee. We are having a pre-bid meeting for the project on April 29, 2021 at 9:30 a.m. 

We will meet at the boat ramp at the end of Camden Landing Road.  From U. S. Hwy 70 east of Camden, TN turn south onto Camden Landing Road and follow the road for approximately 1.9 miles to the boat ramp parking lot. (North 35.990548° and West 88.012558°)  Pre-Bid meeting is not mandatory but it is strongly suggested that interested bidders attend.

The work on this project consists of installation of a 72” diameter steel pipe with sluice gate & concrete headwalls in the Camden Dewatering Levee adjacent to the Kentucky Lake Pool of the Tennessee River.  This work also includes performing the necessary items outlined in the plans and specifications.

Additional Notes/Requirements

Bids will be rejected if the bidder is not on DU's pre-qualified contractors list. Bidders are encouraged to verify their pre-qualification prior to submitting a bid. Bids shall only be accepted from Prime Contractors with the necessary License Classifications required by the State Contracting Board to perform work outlined in the plans and technical specifications.
