Sealed bids for the construction of
President’s Residence
Copiah-Lincoln Community College
Wesson, Mississippi
will be received by Erin Likens, Purchasing Agent, at the Ewing Administration Building at Copiah-Lincoln Community College at Wesson, Mississippi until 10:00 a.m, Thursday, August 29, 2019 and thereafter opened and publicly read. One contract will include all work.
Bids shall be submitted on the form furnished by the Architect and must be accompanied by Bid Bond or certified check for at least five percent (5%) of the base bid payable to the Copiah-Lincoln Community College. No bid may be withdrawn for 60 days after the actual date of the bid opening.
All bids must comply with applicable state laws of the State of Mississippi and shall include Contractor's Certificate of Responsibility Number. A performance and payment bond for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract sum will be required of the successful bidder.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any and/or all formalities or to reject any and/or all bids submitted.
Official Bid Documents may be obtained at the office of Carl Freiler Nobles Architect, 1002 Nobles Lane, Hazlehurst, Mississippi 39083 upon receipt of $100.00 deposit. Refund of deposit will be made as stated in the Bid Documents, Instructions to Bidders.
