The Work consists of installing a new video and sound board in the north end zone of the existing Ruston High School Football Stadium. A general description of the work in this contract is as follows:
1.         Remove the existing structural columns and scoreboard and remove all materials from the job site. The existing columns shall be removed below slab line. The existing track and turf field must be protected at all times during the work. Should any damage be done to the existing track or field surface, it shall be repaired by an approved sub-contractor in a manner that will not affect the existing warranty nor appearance.
2.         The contractor will drill four (4) new holes to receive the new structural columns and properly embed them in concrete to achieve the structural and wind loads required by local and/or state codes. The contractor will also install any other structural bracing required.
The contractor shall install the new video and sound board in accordance with the attached specifications.

Additional Notes/Requirements

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 21, 2018, at the project site located on James Street in Ruston, Louisiana. School Telephone (318) 255-0807. Representatives from the OWNER and ARCHITECT will be present to discuss the Project. Bidders are encouraged to attend and participate in the conference.
