BLEACHER MATERIALS FOR BASEBALL FIELD AND SOFTBALL FIELD




In accordance with the LA Public Bid Law, sealed bids for the purchase of materials for Bleachers at the Baseball Field and Softball Field at CENTRAL HIGH SCHOOL located at 10200 East Brookside Drive in Central, LA 70818 will be received until 2:00 p.m. CST on Thursday, January 6, 2011 at:

The Successful Bidder will be notified of Award and materials will be delivered to the ball field sites within six (6) weeks of award notification. Delivery of materials shall not interfere with school operations.

Complete Bidding Documents and Specifications may be viewed at the above School Board address or via the Central Auction House website. Copies are available upon deposit of $4.75 per set. Deposits will be refunded as provided by LA Public Bid Law, if documents are returned in good condition no later than ten (10) days after bid deadline.

The School Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
