Steel sheet pile retaining system.
Prefabricated metal building structure.
Standing seam metal roof.
Lab: High efficiency ductless HVAC system with makeup air units.
Incubator: Preheated makeup air exchange.
Closed cell spray foam insulation.
Preheated water supply system – expandable.
Water treatment plant – expandable.
Emergency backup generator system – rough-in only. Generator equipment, fuel tank and platform to be installed at a future date.
High efficiency lighting fixtures
