Question 1. Scale of sculpture not to exceed 10’ in any direction? Or just height? Answer: A maximum of ten feet high and 6 feet wide for the sculpture itself (exclusive of pedestal base, which will be built by the parish). Question 2. Where exactly is the sculpture going? I did a drive by and wondering where it will be installed specifically. This matters for the design. Answer: The general area of the sculpture location will be approximately 80 feet from the Westbank Epressway curb and 40 feet from the Willow Drive curb. Question 3. The general professional services questionnaire- do I fill those out for sub consultants or do the sub- consultants fill them out? Answer: If you will be submitting SOQ 22-033 as the proposer, the sub consultants can complete their section of the general professional services questionnaire but the proposer must submit the entire questionnaire with the SOQ submittal. Question 4: References: who needs to submit references? I’ll submit 3, correct? Who else? Answer: See SOQ 22-033 Public Notice, section titled Minimum Qualifications. Question 5: Should I submit a résumé/ CV for the past and current artistic accomplishments requirement? Answer: See SOQ 22-033 Public Notice, section title Minimum Qualifications. Thank you
